Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Trust and Safety New Associate in Dublin to support content moderation for global platforms. You will review user content, apply client policies, and escalate issues to ensure safe online environments.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content per client guidelines using tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues with the Trust & Safety team.
• Advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Engage in training and discussions for role development.
• Handle discussions on sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
