Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety New Associate in Dublin to join its Operations team. You will analyze and classify user content, learn evolving client guidelines, and support safety across platforms in a dynamic, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication and language skills (English B2 and Persian B2).
• Ability to work objectively and follow client policies.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools.
• Stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust and Safety team.
• Act as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training and team discussions for development.
• Navigate socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.
