Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in content moderation or responsible AI governance.
• Ability to jailbreak LLMs and craft effective prompts for interrogation.
• Strong coping, resilience, and stress-management capabilities.
• Comfort working with potentially disturbing content and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content according to client guidelines and tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends in responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on sensitive topics.
• Collaborate to create guidelines for content moderation and governance.
• Manage projects, set goals, and ensure timely deliverables.
