Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Dublin is seeking a Content Moderator (Spanish Latam) to join a Trust & Safety team onsite. You will perform quality reviews and support policy adherence across high-risk content.

The role requires Spanish fluency, prior moderation experience, strong attention to detail, and on-site presence in Dublin City Centre. Training provided; 20 days leave + holidays; performance bonus for eligible roles.

Are you an experienced Content Moderator ready to move into a more specialised quality-focused role? If you´re fluent in Spanish, detail-driven, and passionate about online safety, this is your chance to make a real impact within a global Trust & Safety operation.

We´re hiring a Trust & Safety Quality Specialist to support the quality review of high-priority workflows managed by the clients Global Operations and Global Risk Operations (GRO) teams.

What´s in it for you?

• Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Shifts: Fully flexible, Monday-Sunday between 08:00-19:00
• Location: Onsite in Dublin
• Training: 4 weeks of paid, on-site training

The Role: What You´ll Be Doing

As a Trust & Safety Quality Specialist, you´ll support the quality review of workflows managed by the clients Global Operations and Global Risk Operations (GRO) teams, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and policy adherence across sensitive and high-risk content.

Your responsibilities will include quality review across:

Content Moderation

Content may include (but is not limited to):

• Organizing or credibly threatening violence
• Promoting self-harm
• Theft, fraud, vandalism, poaching, or sale of restricted goods
• Hate speech, bullying, and harassment
• Nudity, pornography, and sexual solicitation
• Phishing, spam, and malware
• Misrepresentation, impersonation, and privacy violations
• Additional content areas as mutually agreed

Identity & Access Review

• Reviewing ID verification and authenticity/access workflows
