Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or English.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in content moderation and/or responsible AI governance, policy, and consulting work.
• Demonstrated ability to jailbreak large language models and create effective prompts for interrogation (RAI specific roles).
• Fluency in English; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex content issues and escalate as needed.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies for interrogating large language models.
• Collaborate with team to develop best practices for content moderation and responsible AI governance.
• Manage projects with defined goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Participate in continuous training and team discussions.
