Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Trust & Safety New Associate (German) in Dublin for a 12-month, full-time role. You will review and manage content across profiles, audio, video, and text, complying with client policies and safety guidelines.

The role requires resilience to sensitive content, strong German and English skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Accenture supports wellbeing and growth within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Strong coping and resilience to manage exposure to sensitive content.
• Excellent German and English comprehension and communication.

• Experience with content moderation or outsourcing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and remove content according to client guidelines using tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends in content moderation.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the Trust & Safety team.
• Develop prompt strategies to interrogate large language models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and provide feedback per guidelines.
• Collaborate with team to understand responsible AI issues and governance.
