Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Trust & Safety New Associate (Spanish language) in Dublin. This is a full-time 40-hour per week role on a 12-month contract with potential extension.

The position focuses on quality assurance, content moderation, and responsible AI tasks, with exposure to potentially sensitive material. You will work with Trust & Safety resources to ensure safety and compliance for content across text, audio, and video streams, while maintaining resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension, communication, and Spanish/English skills.
• Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of biases, in the best interest of client policies.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience with content moderation or similar workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content per client guidelines using provided tools.
• Stay updated on client policies and industry trends in content moderation and responsible AI.
• Investigate, resolve, and communicate complex content issues to the team.
• Develop prompts to interrogate AI models on responsible AI topics.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness and policy alignment.
• Collaborate with teammates to build understanding of responsible AI issues and governance.
