Job summary

GLOBAL INTEGRATED SECURITY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED seeks a Transport Shift Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Clonshaugh, Dublin 17. You will drive safety, performance and service targets, while coordinating recruitment, inductions and disciplinary processes.

The role requires 2 years of transport supervision experience, strong communication skills, and a proactive, fleet-focused mindset. 10-hour shifts, Sundays to Wednesdays, with some flexibility to support the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years transport supervisory/managerial experience.
• CPC certification desirable.
• Strong computer literacy and interpersonal skills.
• Decision making, leadership and problem-solving competency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day transport operations safely and efficiently.
• Recruitment, induction, absence management and 1:1 meetings.
• Ensure effective communication within transport teams and KPI delivery.
• Support transport operations managers as required.
