Job summary

CRC Central Remedial Clinic in Ireland seeks a Kaizen Lead to drive continuous improvement across services for children, families, and adults. You will embed Lean/Kaizen methodologies, facilitate workshops, deliver training, and help teams redesign processes for measurable impact.

You will collaborate with frontline teams, analyze operational data, and foster a culture of learning and operational excellence to enhance CRC services.

Qualifications

• Three years experience in operational improvement, continuous improvement, Lean, Kaizen, or service improvement roles.
• Experience leading and facilitating workshops, training sessions, or improvement events.
• Excellent knowledge of Lean methodologies, Kaizen principles, and process improvement tools.
• Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
• Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse operational processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and change management skills.
• Passion for person centred improvement and service excellence.
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of data analytics and uses insights to shape improvement activity, inform decision-making, and present findings effectively to a wide range of audiences.
• Experience within healthcare, disability, community, or social care services.
• Lean Six Sigma qualification or equivalent improvement certification.
• Experience delivering Rapid Process Improvement Workshops (RPIWs).
• Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks and operational performance measures.
• Experience developing and delivering staff training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate improvement workshops and training sessions for CRC teams.
• Support embedding Lean, Kaizen and continuous improvement across services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design practical, data-informed improvements.
