• BS/BA in a scientific, engineering, or business discipline; MS/MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, and related optimization methods.
• Experience with change management to drive adoption and sustainment.

Responsibilities

• Own transformational CI projects and translate strategy into action.
• Track impact against SQDCP metrics and report to senior leadership.
• Facilitate cross-site Kaizens and structured problem solving to eliminate waste.
• Develop CI systems, tools, and training; Upskill teams across IOPS.
