Job summary

Regeneron in Raheen, Limerick, is seeking a Staff Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive targeted, sustainable improvements across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People. You will own key initiatives, deploy CI systems, and partner with site leadership to translate strategy into action.

The role requires 9+ years in operations in regulated environments, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred, and strong data visualization skills with Excel, Tableau and Power BI.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in scientific, engineering, or business discipline required; MS/MBA preferred.
• Mastery of Lean, Six Sigma, statistics, TOC, TPM, and Kaizen.
• Experience applying change management to drive adoption and sustainment.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership and teams.
• Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt desired; Master Black Belt a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own CI projects and track outcomes against SQDCP metrics.
• Prioritise CI portfolio with site leadership and translate strategy into plans.
• Facilitate cross-site Kaizens and structured problem solving.
• Develop new CI tools and training; upskill deployment across IOPS.
• Prepare influential reports for project teams and senior management.
