Job summary

GE HealthCare Cork is seeking a Site Lean Leader to partner with site leadership to drive Lean and Heartbeat deployment across the Cork manufacturing site. You will advance DMS, PSP, Kaizen, VSM, and Leader Standard Work to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

You will coach leaders at all levels, build internal capability, manage governance and reporting, and ensure sustainable execution of enterprise Lean standards in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience in Lean, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
• Proven success leading Lean transformations in complex manufacturing environments.
• Experience implementing and sustaining Daily Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the site's Lean strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead Kaizen events, value stream improvements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive improvements in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Productivity.
• Provide governance, measurement, and reporting on Lean progress.
