Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and experience in a client-focused role.
• Experience in Transfer Agency or strong fund administration/accounting.
• Knowledge of Ireland's regulatory landscape and funds industry.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills for high-profile clients.
• Excellent organisational and IT skills including Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of TA services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring SLAs are met and issues resolved promptly.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams to manage service delivery and escalate where required.
• Develop and implement SLAs with clients and support client due diligence visits/audits.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs, review fund documents and regulatory impacts, and analyze trends.
