Kilsaran is seeking a Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team in Ireland. You will learn through on‑the‑job experiences, process workshops, and tailored training across our Concrete and Aggregates unit.

Key responsibilities include planning transport schedules, processing orders, coordinating drivers, and maintaining shipping records. This role offers development opportunities and a competitive hourly rate with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Dispatch Office is a bonus.
• Strong knowledge of systems and detailed administration.
• Supply Chain or Logistics experience within manufacturing would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Plan the most effective daily transport and delivery schedules.
• Process orders via telephone, email, fax, or in person.
• Prepare delivery dockets and allocate drivers to deliveries.
• Ensure all customer orders are delivered within the agreed time-frame.
• Maintain daily shipping records and prepare relevant paperwork for payments.
• Manage cash payments for deliveries and report cash/credit sales.
