Job summary

B&Q Navan in Navan, Ireland, is seeking a Sales & Service Team Manager on a permanent, full‑time basis (36.75 hours weekly). You will lead front‑end, showroom and TradePoint teams to drive sales through outstanding service and a positive customer experience.

The role offers up to €40,000 per year plus a bonus, a pension and 7 weeks holiday including bank holidays, reflecting our commitment to rewarding leadership and achievement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large part of our store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of Shift Leads.
• Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
• Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint + Front end to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee safety, security + compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
