Job summary

TJ O'Mahony in Glasnevin, Dublin, invites applications for a full-time, permanent Trade Counter Sales role. You will provide product knowledge of building materials and plumbing products, assist customers at counter, and liaise with suppliers to ensure stock availability.

Hours are 39 per week, Monday to Saturday, with on-site parking and employee benefits. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, merchandising standards, and the ability to work independently while contributing to team

Qualifications

Job Purpose: To provide product knowledge of building materials and plumbing products.

• Liaise with suppliers
• Provide excellent customer service, dealing with customer queries phone/counter
• Preparing quotations
• Use of the In-House IT Software System
• Handling customer collections
• Carrying out any additional duties as required to meet business requirements
