Job summary

Britvic Ireland is seeking a Reward Specialist to shape pay and benefits. You’ll partner with HR and business leaders to design, govern, and continuously improve reward frameworks, ensuring compliance with Irish legislation and alignment with business priorities.

In this role you will run annual compensation cycles, manage bonus schemes, oversee benefits programs, and deliver insightful reward analytics to support decision-making. You will also contribute to gender pay reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience in reward/compensation & benefits (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of Irish reward practices and legislation.
• Experience managing salary reviews, bonus schemes and benefits programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, benchmarking, and budget modelling.
• Administer and enhance bonus and incentive programmes with governance and clear communications.
• Contribute to development of reward frameworks, job architecture, grading, and pay ranges.
