Job summary

Britvic Ireland is seeking a dedicated Reward Specialist to shape and enhance our total reward offering. You will partner with HR and key stakeholders to design, deliver, and continuously improve reward and benefits programmes aligned with business priorities.

You will manage compensation, benefits and reward governance, supporting strategic initiatives and pay transparency, while contributing to EVP development and governance across Ireland.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years' experience in reward/Compensation & Benefits.
  • Solid knowledge of Irish reward practices and legislation.
  • Experience managing salary reviews, bonus schemes and benefits programmes.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail with governance focus.
  • Ability to explain complex reward concepts clearly.
  • Experience working with external providers and managing contracts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, market benchmarking, and budget modelling, ensuring accuracy and governance.
  • Administer and enhance bonus and incentive programmes, including calculations, governance, and clear employee communications.
  • Contribute to the development and ongoing refinement of reward frameworks, including job architecture, grading structures, and pay ranges.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders to provide clear, informed guidance on reward-related decisions.
  • Support the delivery and evolution of benefits and wellbeing offerings, including private healthcare, pension schemes (DB & DC), Cycle to Work, and flexible benefits.
  • Collaborate with external benefit providers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring service quality and value.
  • Monitor market trends and insights, recommending enhancements to support engagement, wellbeing, and competitiveness.
  • Support the oversight of the company fleet programme, including policy alignment, supplier coordination, cost management, and sustainability considerations.
  • Ensure reward practices align with Irish employment legislation, supporting the delivery of Gender Pay Gap reporting with accuracy and clear narrative.
  • Maintain robust controls and documentation, supporting audit readiness and continuous improvement across reward processes.
  • Deliver clear reward analytics and insights, helping to inform decision-making (e.g. pay trends, bonus outcomes, benefits utilisation)

Reward Specialist
Role Overview

The Reward Specialist plays a key role in shaping and enhancing Britvic Ireland’s total reward offering. Working in partnership with HR and business stakeholders, this role supports the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of reward and benefits programmes that are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.

The role contributes to the effective management of compensation, benefits, and reward frameworks, ensuring strong governance and operational excellence across all processes. It also supports strategic reward initiatives, including alignment with Carlsberg frameworks where relevant, and contributes to broader People & Culture priorities such as pay transparency, organisational design, and EVP development.

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a reward / compensation & benefits role (3+ years)
  • Strong understanding of Irish reward practices and legislation
  • Experience managing salary reviews, bonus schemes and benefits programmes
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel and data interpretation skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and governance
  • Ability to communicate complex reward concepts in clear, practical terms
  • Experience working with external providers and managing contracts
Education/Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is desirable

Salary Transparency

We are committed to fair and equitable pay practices. The salary range reflects the expected compensation for this role and will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal benchmarking.

Salary Band: €65,000- €75,000 per annum (depending on experience, skills, and qualifications)
