Job summary

FRS Recruitment is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager – Precision Agriculture to drive growth across Ireland. The role focuses on GPS guidance, autosteer, displays and data management, selling to farmers, contractors and dealers with established agri networks.

You will manage a territory, hit revenue targets, and expand the dealer network while representing the company at events and demonstrations. A strong track record in high-value agri sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Substantial, proven experience in B2B field sales.
• At least 5 years selling to farmers, contractors or dealers.
• Established network across Irish agriculture.
• Proven ability to sell high-value, technical or considered purchases.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory and its revenue target, and build your own plan to beat it.
• Bring existing relationships with farmers, contractors and dealers, and convert them to sales quickly.
• Win and manage key accounts, including large contractors and machine dealers.
• Run the full sale yourself: prospecting, on-farm demonstrations, quotations, negotiation and close.
• Grow the dealer network and help dealers sell the range.
• Represent the company at shows and events as a senior face of the business.
• Report on pipeline and forecast, and feed market and competitor insight to management.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on territory plans, pricing and key accounts.
• Proven experience in selling to farmers, contractors or dealers.
• Willingness to travel with a full driving licence.
