Job summary

Grassland Agro in Ireland is seeking TechnicalSales Advisors – Agronomists to expand our customer base in the East Cork region. You will advise farmers on soil conditioning, fertilisation, and mineral supplements, and drive sales through local co-ops and merchants.

The role requires commercial acumen, agricultural knowledge, and a full driving license. You will join a growing team with strong field support and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Commercial knowledge and sales advisory experience are required.
• A degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients in agriculture.
• Engage with local co-ops and merchants to grow the business.
• Provide technical advice on soil conditioning, fertilization, and mineral supplements.
• Represent Grassland Agro at trade shows and industry events.
• Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
