Job summary

Hibernian Recruitment GmbH is seeking a dynamic sales professional based in Dublin to expand an existing dealer network and drive revenue growth within the Irish Agri-machinery and construction sectors.

Job description

Our client provides finance for SME clients throughout Dublin and they have well developed relationships across the Agri-machinery and construction sectors nationwide.

The Person:

• You will be based in Dublin
• You’ll have extensive experience in business development and sales
• You’ll have a an interest in the Irish Agri and Construction Sector
• You’ll have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage and develop business relationships
• You’ll be a dynamic person able to work well as part of a team and use own initiative
• You will have excellent IT, planning and organisational skills
• You will want to develop and grow a solid career in Sales and collaborate with the wider team. Prior experience in equipment, vehicle or equipment sales is an advantage.

The Role

• You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding our existing dealer network
• You will drive sales growth, identifying new business opportunities.
• You will develop strong trusting relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
