Noble Futures | Specialist Recruitment for the Animal and Agricultural Related Industries is helping a fast-growing dairy-focused business recruit a B2C Field Sales Executive to cover the Midlands ROI and West Ireland. You will be on the road visiting dairy farms, building relationships and driving new business within your territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit dairy farms across your territory, building relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Generate new business and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Operate a mobile shop, taking products directly to farmers.
• Develop long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and providing the right solutions.
• Manage your territory effectively, following planned routes while identifying new opportunities.
• Keep up to date with competitor activity and market trends.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Represent the business and its products professionally within the agricultural community.

B2C Field Sales Executive – Agriculture (Midlands ROI / West Ireland)

Are you a confident, outgoing salesperson who loves being out on the road, meeting customers and creating new opportunities?

Or perhaps you have an agricultural background and are looking to take the next step into a commercially focused field sales role?

If you are proactive, organised, commercially driven and resilient, this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.

I am working with a fast-growing business within the dairy industry, who are building a talented team around a well-established portfolio of agricultural products and solutions. This is a genuinely autonomous field-based role, where you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your territory, build strong relationships with dairy farmers and directly influence your own sales success.

As part of this role, you will:

• Visit dairy farms across your territory, building relationships with existing and prospective customers

Previous agricultural sales experience would be advantageous, but ultimately, we are looking for someone with the drive, personality and commercial mindset to succeed. Full product training will be provided.
