Job summary

Adecco partners with an established medical distribution company to recruit a Territory Manager for Leinster. This field-based role focuses on growing revenue across hospital accounts, engaging procurement teams, theatre departments, and ward managers to drive adoption of a hospital consumables portfolio.

You will build trusted relationships, manage a territory independently, and own growth plans with an emphasis on delivering commercial and clinical value in a competitive healthcare market.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience selling into Irish hospitals.
• Proven track record in medical sales, healthcare sales, or a related commercial role.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
• Highly motivated with a passion for winning and growing business.
• Ability to manage a territory independently.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships across acute hospital accounts.
• Drive sales growth within existing customers while identifying new opportunities.
• Engage with procurement teams, clinical stakeholders, and decision-makers throughout the hospital setting.
• Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and training where required.
• Develop and execute territory growth plans.
• Support contract and tender opportunities.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasting.
• Represent the business at relevant conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
