Job summary

CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. If you have a retail or sales background with set KPI’s to achieve and are looking to work for an award-winning global network, then we want to hear from you!

Basic salary up to €34,000 and un-capped commission + €4,000 loyalty bonus, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm + more perks!

Qualifications

Full driving licence and own vehicle.
Strong focus on achieving targets (daily/weekly/monthly).
Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
Positive mindset when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Team player who shares best practices and contributes to a positive team dynamic.
Strong analysis and judgement to prioritise opportunities.
Experience with F2F sales in Telecoms is desirable.
Understanding of Vodafone portfolio and Irish business landscape; experience with a CRM tool.

Responsibilities

Manage a territory selling directly to SME and SOHO customers and meet or exceed sales targets.
Plan journeys to maximise efficiency in your territory.
Telephone appointment setting and face-to-face selling to decision makers.
