Job summary
CPM Ireland, in partnership with Vodafone Business, are recruiting for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and promote the Vodafone portfolio of products. If you have a retail or sales background with set KPI’s to achieve and are looking to work for an award-winning global network, then we want to hear from you!
Benefits include a basic salary up to €34,000 and uncapped commission + €4,000 loyalty bonus, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm + more perks.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in field sales or retail with meeting KPIs.
- Strong drive to exceed targets and deliver results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage a territory and report activity.
- Experience with a CRM tool and MS Office suite.
Responsibilities
- Manage a territory selling to SME and SOHO customers and hit sales targets.
- Plan journeys to maximise efficiency in your territory.
- Set telephone appointments and conduct face‑to‑face sales.
- Represent CPM Ireland and Vodafone professionally.
- Report daily activity using CRM and MS Office.
