CPM Ireland is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive Vodafone Business sales across a designated territory. You will meet with business customers, tailor Vodafone solutions, and close agreements with senior decision makers.

In this field-based role, you’ll manage a robust sales pipeline, achieve KPIs, and develop long-term customer relationships while complying with company and client guidelines. A driver’s license and Irish market familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience engaging business customers.
• Experience selling to senior decision makers in telecoms or SaaS.
• Knowledge of Irish business landscape and CRM use.
• Comfortable working to KPI targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and proposal-writing skills.
• Full clean driving licence and ability to travel across territory.

Responsabilités

• Engage with business organisations face-to-face to sell Vodafone Business solutions.
• Negotiate with senior decision makers on telecoms and SaaS needs.
• Identify, qualify and manage opportunities to hit commercial targets.
• Prospect, network, and self-generate new business within territory.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage your sales pipeline.
• Plan territory journeys to maximise meetings and conversions.
• Build long-term relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Comply with internal and client guidelines and provide market feedback.
