Zusammenfassung

Circle Voluntary Housing Association is seeking a Tenancy Services Officer to manage lettings, allocations and tenancy-related services for tenants and communities. You will collaborate with local authorities, internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, tenant-centred housing services.

The role focuses on affordability assessments, tenancy signups, inspections and ongoing tenant engagement, underpinned by strong IT system usage and data protection responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification in administration or 2 years’ experience.
• 1 year experience working in a customer service or call centre environment.
• Application of in-house, multi-discipline IT packages.

Aufgaben

• Allocate and let properties in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
• Work with local authority partners to place tenants promptly.
• Carry out affordability and sustainability assessments prior to letting.
• Carry out accompanied viewings of empty homes.
• Register new tenancies with the Residential Tenancies Board.
• Conduct annual inspections on all homes.
• Investigate and respond to complaints while maintaining high service standards.
• Support development and promotion of Tenant First initiatives.
• Attend tenant meetings and contribute to service delivery.
• Maintain information across IT systems and generate reports.
