Job summary

Morgan McKinley is recruiting an Accounts Receivable & Collections Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Sandyford, Dublin. You will manage arrears, administer accounts, and support a fast-paced real estate finance team in a hybrid setup (3 days in the office, 2 days remote).

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AR/collections, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel. Experience with Yardi or similar systems is advantageous for this role.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or collections.
• Proven track record in high-volume collections and customer-focused service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Yardi or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume arrears collections via calls and emails.
• Process cash applications and allocate payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate tenant account records and reconcile accounts.
• Create reports and respond to tickets in internal systems.
