Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist for a temporary assignment in Glasnevin, North Dublin. This fully onsite role focuses on timely collections, accurate ledger maintenance, and strong customer interaction during a busy period.

The ideal candidate will have proven AR/credit control experience, excellent Excel skills, and a track record of reducing aged debt while maintaining client relationships. Immediate start and on-site parking are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in high-volume AR or Credit Control
• Experience reducing aged debt and improving collections
• Strong customer-facing communication skills
• Advanced Excel and data analysis abilities
• Experience with ERP systems and multi-currency ledgers

Responsibilities

• Allocate customer remittances accurately and promptly
• Chase outstanding debt and reduce aged balances
• Maintain relationships to ensure timely payments
• Prepare aged debtor reports and action plans
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and resolve queries
• Reconcile customer statements and backlogs
• Provide ad hoc debtor and cash collection analysis
• Maintain accurate ERP/accounting records
• Collaborate with finance and customer contacts to resolve queries
