Sofina Foods is seeking a Line Leader for its Packing department in Ireland. You will lead daily production on designated lines, supervise a team, maintain high standards and ensure targets are met safely and efficiently.

Reporting to the Production Manager and Shift Supervisor, you will monitor CCPs, PPE, quality and food safety, and coach staff through SOPs. You will collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Production to improve efficiency and traceability.

• Experience leading staff in a food manufacturing or production setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
• Solid understanding of food safety, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail.
• Proactive problem solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Organised and able to prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Leading and coordinating daily production activities to meet output targets and quality standards.
• Monitoring health, safety, food safety and hygiene, ensuring PPE and procedures are followed.
• Managing CCPs, production records and documentation for compliance and traceability.
• Overseeing spiral freezer operations, temperatures, retention times and equipment.
• Supporting team performance through training, coaching and SOP delivery.
• Collaborating with Quality, Maintenance and Production to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
• Managing product rotation, use-by dates, labelling accuracy and changeovers.
• Contributing to continuous improvement and reporting KPIs; ensuring smooth shift handovers.
