Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat to product specifications
• Adjust machinery settings to meet production requirements
• Inspect products for quality, including size, weight, colour and packaging standards
• Identify and resolve issues or elevate concerns promptly
• Prepare products for dispatch through packing, labelling and wrapping activities
• Support goods-in and goods-out processes
• Manage stock movements and product scanning activities
• Operate mince and mix equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and housekeeping
