Responsibilities

• Act as shift lead to a team of packaging technicians.
• Provide leadership to ensure GMP-compliant operations.
• Manage packaging personnel, prioritise workflow and assign tasks.
• Provide hands-on guidance and monitor team performance.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and delegate tasks.
• Promote continuous improvement and positive team environment.
• Develop training plans and monitor KPI metrics.
• Escalate issues to FSP Director and report status.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
