This is a hands-on, permanent on-site role with progression opportunities. Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM or 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, and reliable private transport is advised due to limited public

• Daily operation of production lines and teams within the Retail Packing Hall to meet KPIs.
• Lead by example on Safety, Quality, GMP and general work ethic.
• Communicate actual line requirements to the production team and ensure plan delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction through proactive leadership.
