The HR Service Centre supports a large workforce and serves as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to HR queries via walk-ins, telephone and email.
• Provide administrative support across a range of HR functions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage and follow through on queries to completion.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Support the wider HR team during busy periods.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service to employees and managers.
