Storm-Recruitment is seeking a confident temporary receptionist for a premium motor showroom in Dublin 18. You will cover reception from Oct 5 to Oct 19, handling a multi-line switchboard and greeting customers both on the phone and in person.

The role requires strong communication, front desk experience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure, with general admin duties and support for sales and service teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience on a busy reception desk or switchboard.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, friendly manner.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage a busy multi-line switchboard and direct calls accurately.
• Meet and greet customers in a professional showroom environment.
• Handle queries, take messages and support the sales and service teams.
• General admin including bookings, data entry and keeping the reception area in top shape.
