Job summary

Virgin Media Ireland is seeking a Technology Delivery Lead to orchestrate the delivery of complex technology programs across multiple domains. This role includes governance of technical projects, managing integration risks, and overseeing software and integration partner performance, with collaboration across engineering, procurement, and legal teams.

The position requires strong leadership, expertise in Agile/SAFe, and a proven track record in governance and vendor management to drive delivery

Qualifications

Experience leading technical delivery across large-scale programs.
Strong understanding of system integration, software lifecycles, and Agile/SAFe.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead governance forums for technical delivery teams.
Manage risk and issues across delivery streams; ensure traceability and schedules.
Oversee vendor performance against SLAs and contracts; drive service quality reviews.
Collaborate with procurement and legal to draft and negotiate partner contracts.
Coordinate engineering, QA, operations; manage escalations during release cutovers.
Drive delivery roadmaps and cross-geography coordination across Agile/SAFe/DevOps.
