Job summary

Matrix Recruitment Group in Dublin is seeking a Technical Surveyor Estimator for a permanent, hybrid role combining office duties with site travel. You will be involved from initial site visits through to project handover, helping shape practical solutions and accurate quotations.

You will visit client sites to scope maintenance and installation needs, prepare detailed quotations, source materials, and coordinate with project managers and suppliers.

Your New Job:

You’ll be visiting client sites to scope out maintenance, repair, and specialist installation requirements, think glazing and façade systems then shaping practical solutions, preparing precise quotations, and making sure all the right materials are sourced. There’s a customer‑facing angle, so clear communication and relationship‑building are key. You’ll work closely with project managers and technical colleagues, ensuring a smooth handover and providing support as needed.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
