The Ireland nationwide role is to influence product selection during early design stages for residential plumbing and heating projects. You will engage with design consultants, developers and contractors to grow specification, with a focus on underfloor heating.

The position emphasizes technical presentations, CPD sessions, and long-term relationship building over traditional sales. A degree-level education and proven ability to communicate complex technical information are essential.

Formación

• Experience in technical specification or consultant engagement.
• Knowledge of domestic plumbing and heating products.
• Experience working with design consultants, specifiers or developers.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical products clearly.
• Polished, professional manner and strong relationship-building.
• Proactive work ethic and ability to work independently.
• Underfloor heating experience is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop relationships with design consultants, specifiers and developers.
• Increase product specification across residential construction projects.
• Promote underfloor heating and wider plumbing and heating solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations and CPD sessions.
• Engage with contractors, subcontractors, merchants and buying groups.
• Identify projects at early design stage and influence product selection.
• Provide technical information and support to industry professionals.
• Work with internal sales and technical teams to develop opportunities.
• Monitor project pipelines and identify future specification opportunities.
