Job summary

Meta is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant for the Meta Business Agent in Dublin, Ireland. You will act as a technical bridge between customers, support operations, and product/engineering teams to resolve complex AI agent-related challenges and to ensure customers can fully leverage Meta Business Agent in their businesses.

You will develop deep expertise across the Meta Business Agent and related Business Messaging tools, breaking down ambiguous technical issues and guiding customers

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-touch resolution experience for Meta Business Agent partners.
