Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Technical Services Lead for Eli Lilly in Kinsale to oversee the delivery of Hard FM services. This 6-month FTC role requires a technically skilled leader to manage a team and ensure compliance, safety and customer-focused maintenance in a critical pharmaceutical environment.

You will coordinate maintenance activities, drive improvements, manage contractors, and monitor KPIs while maintaining budget controls and energy management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Engineering or equivalent qualification, ideally BIFM Level 5.
• Experience in building services and technical maintenance.
• Experience managing a maintenance or technical services team and meeting SLAs.
• Experience in a critical environment (pharma/FMCG/manufacturing).
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation, risk assessments, COSHH and water hygiene.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Maximo/CMMS.
• Strong communication and people management.
• Strong cost awareness and ability to drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Hard FM services including maintenance, contractors and site operations.
• Develop the technical services team with focus on performance, training and wellbeing.
• Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance, helpdesk and technical projects.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site procedures.
• Manage Permit to Work system and safe systems of work.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Manage contract costs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support energy management, asset management and innovative solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate contractors and suppliers to complete work safely to standard.
