Job summary

Sodexo Ireland is seeking an experienced facilities management professional to lead day-to-day delivery of hard services in a fast-paced environment in Ireland. You will oversee electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric services, manage projects and drive energy efficiency while maintaining strong client relationships.

Essential qualifications include Level 6 and significant experience in managing technical services with health and safety responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification (Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate) is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of hard facilities management services including planned and reactive maintenance and energy management.
• Ensure statutory and mandatory compliance across all technical services and project works.
• Manage a high-performing technical team with leadership, coaching and performance management.
• Oversee contractors across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, BMS and building fabric services.
• Manage small/medium projects, site surveys, quotations, repairs, variations and budgets.
• Maintain asset registers, CAFM data, PPM schedules and lifecycle plans.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs; drive continuous improvements and client relationship management.
• Coordinate out-of-hours activities to minimise disruption.
