Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers to join our Dublin office, delivering expert guidance and hands-on support for complex MongoDB deployments. You will work with customers to optimize performance, reliability, and security across cloud and on-premises environments.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, contribute to internal tooling, and participate in occasional extended hours to cover regional needs while maintaining a strong customer focus and teamwork culture.

Qualifications

• Experience across large-scale distributed MongoDB deployments and operational practices.
• Ability to diagnose performance, security and reliability challenges in complex systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and on-premise infrastructure for production environments.
