Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers to advise customers and resolve complex MongoDB problems from our Dublin office. The role starts in-office Monday to Friday for 3–6 months, then shifts to a permanent Tue–Sat pattern with three in-office days and weekend online coverage.

The team supports a 24/7 environment, with occasional events requiring extra hours. You’ll tackle architecture, performance, recovery, security, and scale challenges for top customers.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidates should have strong technical experience in one (or more) of the listed areas.
• Experience with large-scale MongoDB deployments and customer-facing support is highly valued.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• You’ll work with our largest customers, solving complex challenges—architecture, performance, recovery, security, and more.
• You’ll be an expert resource on best practices in running MongoDB at scale, wherever that scale may be.
• You’ll advocate for customers’ needs, interfacing with product management and development teams.
