HMH in Dublin is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, data science and product management teams, helping bridge education and technology. You will source candidates through multiple channels, conduct phone screens, manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding, onboarding and TA operations.

• 1+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
• Ability to handle confidential & proprietary information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Identify and source quality candidates via multiple recruiting channels and techniques, including inbounds, proactive outreach, and referrals
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess the candidate’s alignment both with the relevant role & HMH values
• Manage multiple requisitions and candidates during high volume periods, while creating & maintaining an exceptional candidate experience
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and goals
• Consistently track pipeline, priorities, performance data and other recruiting metrics
• Think outside of the box to create inclusive talent sourcing strategies that align with HMH’s value proposition
