Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP in Ireland is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Recruiting team. You will partner with hiring managers across front and back-office technology teams to identify, engage and hire exceptional technology talent.

You’ll collaborate with recruiters and interviewers to attract, engage and hire top technologists, shaping hiring strategies, providing market insight and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience recruiting within a high-performance environment.
• Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative talent across a range of disciplines.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, technical roles, talent markets and recruitment best practices.
• Experience working in highly selective hiring environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight to support hiring decisions.
• End-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and candidate relationship management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solving mindset, curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement.

Overview

As our technology organisation continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our in-house Recruiting team. You'll partner with hiring managers across our front and back-office technology teams to identify, engage and hire exceptional technology talent.

You’ll join a collaborative team of recruiters and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers to attract, engage and hire exceptional technology talent. You’ll also play an important role in shaping hiring strategies, providing market insight and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with technology hiring managers and recruiting colleagues to develop and execute recruitment strategies for high-impact technology roles.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insight, recruitment expertise and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking and agency partnerships.
• Monitor technology talent markets, competitor activity and industry trends to inform recruitment strategies and identify opportunities to strengthen our approach.
• Track, analyse and utilise recruitment metrics and market insights to support hiring decisions, identify trends and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Identify and implement process improvements, innovative sourcing approaches and recruitment tools to enhance hiring effectiveness.
• Represent Susquehanna at networking events, industry meetups and other talent engagement activities to strengthen our presence within the technology community.

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years' experience recruiting within a high-performance environment.
• Proven success recruiting technical and/or quantitative talent across a range of disciplines, ideally within financial services, technology or other highly competitive hiring environments.
• Strong understanding of technology functions, technical roles, talent markets and recruitment best practices.
• Experience working in highly selective hiring environments.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, providing recruitment expertise and market insight to support hiring decisions.
• Demonstrated end-to-end recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management and candidate relationship management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
