Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a 12-month contract in Dublin, hybrid. You will lead Windows 11 upgrade initiatives, integrate cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and drive security governance within a regulated financial services environment.

The role requires strong coordination across geographies, stakeholder communication, risk management, and the ability to influence teams without direct authority; immediate interviews and a prompt start date are available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical project management in regulated or financial environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows, VMware, cloud infrastructure, and IT security principles.
• Hands-on experience with large-scale infrastructure or OS upgrade programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk escalation skills.
• Comfortable influencing teams without direct authority.
• Financial services experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating Windows 10 – Windows 11 upgrades across ~300 VMs in a clustered cloud/virtualised environment.
• Managing batch deployment cycles and defining VM status checkpoints with stakeholder sign-offs.
• Aligning infrastructure teams across multiple geographies and driving cross-team collaboration.
• Tracking vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, and governance processes.
• Consolidating complex technical updates into clear stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinating production change windows, including out-of-hours deployments where required.
• Identifying blockers early and managing escalation pathways.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Project Manager with strong integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security experience, including Windows 11 upgrades, to join a high-performing IT function within a regulated financial services environment.

What You'll Be Doing:
