Job summary

n8n is hiring a highly technical educator to anchor the Scaled Enterprise CS team. You will lead advanced enablement sessions, craft one-to-many assets, and help enterprise customers scale with architecture guidance and automation templates.

You’ll collaborate across teams, run live sessions, and translate customer friction into reusable assets for product improvements. Remote-first across Europe with visa sponsorship options mentioned.

Qualifications

• Location: Rights to work in Europe or willingness to relocate to Germany.
• 3–5+ years as an IC in Solutions Engineering, TAM, Onboarding or Developer Advocacy in B2B SaaS.
• Strong API/webhook/JSON/JS skills and ability to troubleshoot integrations.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities; comfortable with 50+ engineers in live sessions.
• Empathetic, scalable thinker who turns 1:1 solutions into reusable assets.

Responsibilities

• Run technical programs: weekly office hours and webinars on patterns enterprise clients struggle with.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel: triage, answer, and escalate to Product as needed.
• Assist with activation calls; unblock customers for self-serve progress.
• Collaborate to build playbooks: reference workflows, security guides, migration paths.
• Create templates, tutorials, and docs for automated campaigns by the CS team.
• Build internal automations to support health triggers and lifecycle alerts.
• Provide product feedback from scaled technical users to improve the product.
