Job summary

n8n is seeking a highly technical educator and problem-solver to anchor the Scaled Enterprise CS team. You’ll lead one-to-many technical enablement sessions, host office hours, and build advanced workflow templates for hundreds of Enterprise customers.

You will design content that scales, turning 1:1 solutions into reusable assets, and partner with product to improve the core n8n experience. This is a remote-first, Europe-focused role offering equity and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years as a top performer in a technical IC role within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to engage 50+ engineers or leaders.
• Strong empathy for builders; ability to turn 1:1 solutions into scalable assets.

Responsibilities

• Run programs: lead weekly office hours and monthly deep-dive webinars with enterprise customers.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel; triage, answer, and escalate when needed.
• Help with activation calls; act as the technical assistant to unblock customers.
• Build playbooks, reusable content, workflows, and technical templates.
• Create internal automations and automation templates for the CS team.
• Drive retention through identifying fragile setups and intervening early.
• Provide a voice for scale tech users to Product and Engineering teams.
