E-Frontiers is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to guide a major Data Platform program across Data Engineering, Product, Platform and Business teams. This senior role shapes strategy and oversees delivery of large-scale data initiatives, ensuring priorities align with business goals and stakeholders stay informed.

The role requires 8+ years in complex technical, data or platform environments, deep cloud/data analytics knowledge, and proven multi-team leadership.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years’ experience across complex technical, data or platform environments.
• Strong understanding of modern cloud, data and analytics platforms.
• Proven experience leading large technical programmes with multiple teams and dependencies.
• Experience partnering with Data Engineering, Product and Platform teams.
• Strong programme governance, prioritisation, risk-management and delivery skills.
