Job summary

Nicoll Curtin is seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager for a Dublin-based hybrid, 1-year contract. You will drive complex cross-functional initiatives across a growing data platform organisation and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Platform and Business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

The role requires 8+ years in Technical Programme Management, strong data/platform experience, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technical Programme Management or similar role.
• Strong experience with data platforms, cloud and analytics technologies.
• Proven experience working across Engineering, Product and Platform teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing complex programmes, dependencies and risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to FinOps, cloud cost management or cost optimisation is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, prioritisation and delivery of complex technical programmes.
• Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to align platform initiatives with business priorities.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks and programme governance.
• Coordinate data platform releases and operational processes.
• Support FinOps activities, including forecasting, cost visibility and cost optimisation.
• Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Influence decisions across teams and drive alignment without direct authority.
